Having problems really isn’t all that bad. As Grant Cardone says in his book If You’re Not First, You’re Last, “most opportunities are disguised as problems." This idea fuels my approach to design. We were taught to design solutions, not just for fun; however, the process is certainly satisfying.
I believe good design isn’t just pretty — it tells a story, connects with people, and makes things work better. I’m a firm believer in bold colors, thoughtful details, and a little bit of fun in every project.
One of the characteristics that impresses me most about Ms. Tessmer is her ability to persevere in
challenging situations. She clearly values learning and embraces it as an opportunity for growth, even
when tasks are difficult.
